Title: Why does my steering wheel shake at low speeds on my Jeep Grand Cherokee?
Threaded Mode
#1
Weird thing happening with my Jeep lately – the steering wheel’s started shaking when I’m driving at low speeds, especially when I’m slowing down or parking. It’s not like it’s shaking out of control, but it’s definitely noticeable. I thought maybe it was just the road at first, but now it’s happening pretty consistently. What’s odd is that it doesn’t happen at higher speeds – just when I’m crawling along or coming to a stop.

Should I be worried about this? Could it be something as simple as the tires being unbalanced or maybe uneven wear? I’ve also heard people mention things like warped brake rotors, suspension issues, or even steering components going bad. Honestly, I’m hoping it’s nothing too serious, but I’ve been burned by “little” problems turning into expensive repairs before. Anyone else deal with this on their Grand Cherokee? Would love to hear what might be causing it and if it’s a DIY fix or something I should get checked out by a pro.
