Quick question: what fuel do you guys run in a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee? I’m thinking about trying premium to see if it improves performance, but I’m not sure if it’s necessary.

I’ve been driving a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a while now, and I usually stick with regular unleaded gasoline (87 octane). It runs perfectly fine on that, and I haven’t noticed any issues with performance. I tried premium a couple of times out of curiosity, but honestly, I didn’t see any noticeable difference. Unless you have the 5.7L Hemi engine and are really pushing it hard, premium fuel isn’t necessary. Regular gas should work just fine.
