Title: Are Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/45R22 Tires a Good Fit for Jeep Grand Cherokee?
Threaded Mode
#1
I’m considering putting Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/45R22 tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I’m not sure if they’ll fit or how they’ll affect the ride. Has anyone tried this tire size on their Grand Cherokee? How does it handle, and does it require any modifications to the suspension or fenders?

I actually put Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/45R22 tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee a while back, so I can definitely share my experience. First off, they do fit, but it’s a bit of a tight squeeze. You’ll want to double-check your wheel offset and make sure there’s enough clearance, especially in the front. I didn’t have to make any major modifications, but I did notice some slight rubbing on the inner fender when turning sharply, especially if the suspension is compressed.

As for the ride, these tires give the Grand Cherokee a really aggressive stance and handle surprisingly well for their size. The grip is solid, particularly in dry conditions, but you might notice a bit more road noise compared to the stock tires. The ride is also a bit firmer, which might be something to consider if you’re looking for comfort. Overall, if you’re after that bold, rugged look and don’t mind a few adjustments, they’re a great option. Just be prepared for the possibility of tweaking the suspension or fenders a bit to get the fit just right.
