Hey everyone, I need some advice. Yesterday, I was driving my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and out of nowhere, the check engine light came on. At the same time, my cruise control completely stopped working. It's weird because everything else seems to be running fine—no weird noises, no rough idling, nothing like that. But I’m wondering if these two issues are connected somehow?
I did some quick searches online, and some people are saying it could be related to a sensor or maybe even an issue with the throttle body, but I’m not sure. I don’t want to jump to conclusions before taking it in. Has anyone else experienced something similar with their Grand Cherokee? If so, what was the problem, and how did you fix it? Any insight before I head to the shop would be awesome. I’m hoping it’s nothing major, but you never know with these things!
