Title: Known issues with the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I should watch out for?
Threaded Mode
#1
Considering a 2021 Grand Cherokee, but I’m hearing mixed reviews. What are the most common issues with this year’s model? If you’ve had yours for a while, what problems have cropped up? I’m all for buying it, but I want to be prepared for any surprises.

I’ve had my 2021 Grand Cherokee for a bit now, and overall, it’s been a solid ride, but there are a few things to keep an eye on. One of the most common issues I’ve noticed and heard about is with the infotainment system—it can be a bit glitchy at times, like freezing up or not connecting properly to your phone. Another thing is the occasional electrical gremlins, like warning lights coming on for no apparent reason. I’ve also seen some reports of transmission hesitation, especially when shifting at lower speeds, though I haven’t experienced that myself.

Aside from these quirks, it’s been a reliable SUV for me. Just be prepared that you might run into these issues, but they’re generally manageable and haven’t been deal-breakers for me. If you decide to go for it, make sure to keep an eye on these areas, and you should be good.
